The Skullerz 8951 Vented Hard Shell Bump Cap is crafted with a durable polyethylene shell and is engineered to guard against bumps, scrapes, bruises and other minor head injuries. The material not only resists cracking and breaking but also simplifies cleaning for added convenience. Strategically placed shell vents and a ventilated suspension system enhances overall breathability and air circulation, making it an ideal choice for all-day use. The suspension is flexible in design and incorporates a removable, replaceable 4 mm thick foam-backed fabric sweatband to help keep users cool and comfortable even during the most demanding tasks. The recessed design on the sides ensures a comfortable fit with earmuffs for improved integration with hearing protection. The short, flat angled brim design enhances upward visibility. Achieving the perfect fit is easy with the adjustable suspension system. You can customize height, rear strap angle and size to your personal preference, ensuring comfort and security. Typically worn in tight spaces where protection from lower energy worker-generated impacts can occur such as low ceilings, beams, low pipes and other bump hazards, bump caps are not as heavy and bulky as more protective hard hats and safety helmets. They are ideal for mechanics and airline baggage handlers, as well as workers in food processing/manufacturing facilities, in-home services like inspection and install, pest control and other industries that do not require hard hat protection.
